we own a fairly large daycare. Our grocery bill every week is between $500-$700 weekly along with other supplies. We do Restaurant Depot and S & W foods also. Sometimes they don’t have what we are looking for. Sam’s has competitive prices along with convenience of being the closest

As everyone else says, the savings on gasoline alone are worth the cost of the membership, as long as their fueling station is configured so that it moves pretty quickly (some are not).

I pretty much agree with everything mentioned in this thread so far. Sam’s is one of the nicer shopping experiences in my town….limited access keeps the rif-raf out!

I’m a Costco guy but mainly because it’s closer and easier to get to than the Sam’s in my city. For gas and non-perishables (with the Kirkland brand) you will save tons of money.
I can’t speak for every location but for the New Orleans Costco, I go on a weeknight 30 to 45 minutes before it closes. There’s no lines at the gas station and you can get in and out very quickly.

Costco hasn't implemented their version of scanNgo because they've shown that from in to out the door, it doesn't save their shoppers time.

They are rolling it out now.

Are the retards shopping at Costgo different than the retards that shop at Sam's? If sams can figure it out, the smart people at Costco should have done it years ago

Ive had scan and go at sams club in gport for 4 years

Same. We live 5 minutes away from Costco. We mostly use it for non-perishables like garbage bags, olive oil, paper towels etc. It's mostly just me and my wife these days, so we don't buy much actual food in bulk, maybe some frozen stuff occasionally.

You do have to look at price comparisons between Sam's Club and Walmart because there are some products that are actually more at Sam's and they are at Walmart.

Meat(Sausage)and bulk candy the only products I’ve found to be cheaper at Walmart… you got anything else ???
