Also, most of yall opinions is based on that 1 thread with the LSU girl who thought someone made a racist post on her door. All I said in that thread is I need more evidence to say that she is lying. That isnt race baiting.
Dude, this all started when you said we wanted Johnny Jones fired because he was black.
Forget the fact he was unqualified for the freaking job. Forget the fact we fired a white football coach, white basketball coach and a white baseball coach.
Come on dude...

Damn DJ30! They are letting you have it.

Well that's true. But you brought upon yourself

His family and friends should have shown this much interest through his other eleventy dozen crimes, maybe he wouldn't have ended up where he ended up.

I said y'all were too hard on him. Based on his record at the time, he did not deserve to be fired. He had just finished in the top 3 in the conference and had just made the NCAA tourney the year before that. He deserved another year to try to fix the situation. Obviously Joe Alleva felt the same since he got another year. But this tigerdeoppings, where the people on here knows more than everybody.

I will never view situations with the hateful mind people on this board have. It's you same group of people in every thread starting shite when it comes to race related topics. I normally just avoid the threads, but every once in awhile I'll pop in.

Johnny sucks balls as a basketball coach and it had nothing to do with him being black. It had to do with the lack of discipline he instilled and I don't mean off the court. When he started he said he'd give more leeway on the offensive end in exchange for tough defense. Our defense was lazy but he still let them get away with shite offense. No movement and bad shots early in the clock. That and he forgot to recruit big men

Which is irrelevant. My statement still stands. With the record he had at the time, he deserved another year to try to fix the situation. Which Alleva and others thought also.

Got a downvote from me.
Fighting stereotypes? It shouldn't be the responsibility of the falsely JUDGED to change the minds of the JUDGEMENTAL.
Maybe they should look in the mirror and confront their fears.
270 upbotes but they still won't vote for policies that enrich and empower yours. 270 upvote a but they'll still vote for regressive policies that "keep them safe", stifle competition, keep them in jail, and strict your liberties and freedoms.
It's empty.

I never said he should have been fired after the Simmons fiasco but it was clear after that season what was going to happen the following. To be honest, I think the downside started in the second half against NCSU.
He should have never been hired to begin with. The position was too big for him. He was a mediocre coach in a bad conference before LSU. We had a shot at Jamie Dixon and instead we hired Johnny Jones. The bad thing is, we doubled down on the thought process that brought him here by hiring Ed Orgeron

And here lies the problem. You think government should fix all the problems in the community. Government is the problem.

You shouldn't be surprised that a government teet sucker doesn't understand personal responsibility... it's why the black community is in shambles, yet they blame everybody and everything they can to avoid the harsh reality of their situation

Stereotypes exist for a reason bro.

I know. It's always everybody else that is wrong.
The sad thing is, you really believe that.
Edit: and you mentioned "hateful mind"? That's telling the OP to shut the frick up when he's saying he wished his community would stand up for someone who was truly wronged. Not someone like Sterling.

I have generally kept quiet on all of this since I have made it clear on how ridiculous the Sterling case was from the beginning.
However, I am angered on how this case has demonstrated the worst elements of my people. No one cares about the black men and women struggling to make ends meet, find jobs to take care of themselves and thier families, or possibly being a good, serving member of the community.
They would rather give all this limelight to worthless thugs and degenerates than to people actually fighting against stereotypes and trying to achieve despite adversity. Most of you are white so this does not affect you, but it really puts me in bind.
I want to feel bad, but I do not mourn these people's death. I feel that overall, the killing was justified.
I agree with all of your points and will add this: it is really a disservice to the black community to make martyrs out of these pieces of shite. There are truly good people that are killed everyday but they choose to rally behind someone like Michael Brown., Sterling or Freddie Gray.
