is it trashy to have mismatching kitchen appliances (brands)?

just bought a new construction home and the builder had all kitchen appliances installed except for refrigerator.
all his appliances are top of the line Frigidaire so i've been looking for a Frigidaire refrigerator.....but i'm not that impressed. They've had some bad reviews on the fridges but great reviews on all other appliances (which i found weird)
so should i mismatch and buy a different brand of fridge at the risk of being OT trashy?

Mismatching brands or mismatching colors?
I think mismatching brands is no big deal.
Mismatching colors looks terrible, which makes it trashy.

Just buy the same color and you're fine. Don't mix and match white, beige, and stainless steel.
Same brands don't matter. Some brands have better units than others. We have four different brands in our kitchen.

I don't think it's trashy. My Sub-Zero fridge looks ok with my Viking stove.

This. We are about to move into a new construction house too. The appliances are GE, but we are looking at a samsung fridge.
Bue we are buying it from a sears outlet store where we get 40% off the normal price because it has a small ding on the bottom. I guess that makes us trashy

I just did something similar. I bought a refrigerator with similar handles to the rest of the appliances so it didn't seem out of place.

Ideally they would all be the same brand/line, but having them all the same color is fine
