Kids today are missing out on the chase, which was the best part of going out in college and in my 20's. Nowadays you just click a button or two, send a text and meet somebody.

If you were a shy person before the web based dating you had to go out, maybe embarrass yourself a few or 20 times, learn from your mistakes and then start having successful dates. Once you gained confidence, it becomes easy and you hook up with people you have a genuine connection with. This seems kinda pathetic really.

I'm a dude, lived mainly in big cities with lots of good looking women and didn't get married till my 30s. I definitely had ho-tendencies for many years and enjoyed it.

Now married and settled down, I ended up ok. Know more people like me than not, men and women. Whats the big deal?

It’s a voluntary exchange of services for money by two consenting adults . Not the Great Moral Question Of Our Time. It’s two sleazy ( or not sleazy ) people having consensual sex. Not really within the purview of The State imho. I think the aforementioned consenting adults can regulate their own sex lives better than The State.

Does that mean you or I should start banging hookers? Of course not. Does that invalidate the myriad of moral questions? Of course not. Does that mean we will stop telling our daughters this is a dead end ? Of course not. It just means we think The Individual should have sovereignty over his sexuality and commerce , not The State.

It's a little strange but I get his logic.

What's a little strange about it?

- That he wants a good girl?
- That he went out of the country for it?
- Or that he had to go out of the country to try to find a traditional values type of girl?

My wife and I watch that show too. That Pazuzu guy was one fricked up individual.

But yeah ole girl was fricking dudes for heroin money while her boyfriend was in jail. 200 dollars an hour seem kinda steep for what she looks like. I like how she admits to prostitution on camera

So is selling crack.

Sexual freedom to this extent has proven to be a negative on a society, moreso than not. My point is that a society needs to have measures to prevent clear downturn. It's talking out of both sides of ones mouth when you teach your own children it's bad, but it's ok for everyone else to do.

This is the problem with the strict liberterian mindset. Wait until it "effects me" selfish mindset, but then get upset when it does, asking "Wait how did it even get this far?" Well...to bad so sad, the law and narrative isn't on your side anymore.

This is about prostitution, not promiscuity.

I haven't tried to date an American woman in years. I thought 99% were skanks... but apparently they're worse than that now.

First of all you just compared crack use to two adults having consensual sex, so I would suggest you use a bit of perspective. Sex is universal, crack cocaine is an outlier. Second, you seem really mad.

It appears that You understand personal morality but you do not understand Individual Liberty . Many of our Freedoms ( in fact all of them ) can result in a “ clear downturn “ . Guns for instance. Ugly speech. Freedom is messy. People do things that may not be in their best interest. But as long as they do not pose a danger to you or others, we accept that they have that right.

I’m not a Libertarian or an ideologue, I’m a student of human behavior and a lover of Individual Liberty. I have made my peace with the fact that I can not control the behavior of others and that it is not in society’s interest to give The State Power over who has sex with who and why.

The solution is more freedom, not less. Consenting adults can figure out on their own who and why to have sex. You did.

While I abhor whorish behavior I think you're going in the wrong direction. There will always be a market, legal or black. Black markets are more dangerous and shady than legal.

We shouldn't impose criminal punishment for such behavior, but we should have structural incentives that deter people from engaging in that sort of behavior. Honestly, the elimination of no-fault divorce, abortion, and easily accessible birth control would do it, from a regulatory standpoint. If you can't frick without consequences, you're going to have more discretion in how you dole out your genitals.

We shouldn't legislate morality. That is the root of so many stupid laws that make people criminals for doing ordinary things. Blue laws are a perfect example. If Alchohol is legal, what difference does it make if I'm drinking at 10am on a Sunday vs. 10pm on a Saturday. Adults should have the ability to make a decision to so something provided it isn't negatively affecting someone else. Drinking = ok; drinking and driving = not ok; sex b/t consenting adults = ok; sex without consent = definitely not ok; It's a pretty simple guide we could use.

It's talking out of both sides of one's mouth to say they support capitalism but think prostitution should be illegal. There is no difference in a person willing to sell their time & body in order to dig a ditch or clean someone else's toilets for a living versus selling their time & body for sex. It amazes me that it's 2019 and people still care so much about what others do behind closed doors.

Seeking Arrangements, a web site has been around for a while now. Whether these women are seeking a “sugar daddy” arrangement to pay for their “college tuition” by fricking middle aged dudes on an hourly basis or not, more power to them. There’s obviously a supply of men that will pay their $300-$500/hr demand to frick them.

So, if multiple “sugar daddies” are paying a hoe $500/day to frick them, at 5 days/week, 12 months/year, the hoe is pulling in $120K/year tax free income by fricking one “sugar daddy”. Many of the hoes are seeing multiple “sugar daddies” at the same time during different days of the week. So, you can see what kind of money is out there.

The money is there. There's no doubt. I just don't think these women understand what treating men like walking ATMs and being treated like a convenient hole is going to do to their world view and psyche.

I have friend who cammed for awhile after a nasty divorce. Long story short, she moved to Canada from beautiful Flint, MI to escape a bad life to marry the man of her dreams. She's smart, well-read, tech savvy and beautiful but there's not much hope in that hell hole. So, she married the guy, got her permanent residency and then he turned abusive. She packed her shite and left. Didn't take anything with her. Didn't want anything.

She just knew she wasn't going back to Flint.

So she cammed. She made good money, got a place and survived. She quit because in her words, "I couldn't hate men anymore, and I was starting to hate myself."

Staring into that abyss too long is dangerous. There's not a whole lot of well-adjusted hookers, strippers and porn stars for a reason. That kind of mindset leaves scars.
