This means he ingested too much salt. FF is way too salty. Once you get out of the salt habit you realize that 90% of food is too salty

You either got the shot, or wish you wouldn’t have.

I made it a month with strict diet and exercise. Down 7 lbs. Thought I’d treat myself. This was a mistake. But a good reminder

I only do fast food on road trips when we’re pressed for time with kids, but I’d never complain about Arby’s. Good stuff for fast food.

You can go at 63, and have a miserable last 12 years of your life replete with pain, hospital visits, medication side effects, surgeries, etc. Or, you can go at 83 and live a functional and active life until the last month or two before your death.

Or you can do everything completely right and got at 37 from cancer.

Or you can smoke 2 packs a day and have two cocktails and keep rocking at 85.

Brother, you need to get your blood pressure checked.

If a little bit of sodium is killing you.

It's well established in the medical community that there is a significant linear relationship between dietary sodium and the development of heart disease.
I don't think that's right. I think it's only bad for you IF you already have high blood pressure. A healthy person can eat as much salt as they like.

Any food or drink you buy in America is loaded down with something. Most likely high fructose corn syrup. It is all poison. You can't even trust most things labeled "organic."

Best way to eat healthy in the US is grow it, shoot it, or catch it. Or get it directly from someone that did.

I do love some Arby's though. Loved their chicken salad sandwich.
