It’ll actually be January 1st 2022 that it’ll be legal recreationally.

I just left Montana yesterday and they wouldn’t let me buy any until the first. Montana is cool, but outside of hunting season, it would be boring.

I was just messing with you. I was in Meeker this past June. Loved it. Not often you can play 18 holes of golf midday and not sweat through your shirt.

Utah IMO is extremely overrated scenery wise. Where are the trees? And southern Utah is completely jampacked with people. I’ll take CO and PNW over Utah any day. But to each their own.

I was in Logan for a week over the summer and it can hang in the scenery department. Tons of maples and aspens back in the canyons.

No state is the best really. Depending on what you like there are many good options though.

Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah all have the natural beauty and things to do without being controlled by insane left wing politics.

This is correct.

Really is. Being from the south, I was really surprised how green and beautiful it was once we
Got to Meeker. Grand Junction wasn’t that scenic, but Meeker and the area north was gorgeous. And of course they have the White River if you need a fishing fix. States definitely in the top
5 for outdoor activities.

I think GJ is pretty cool fwiw with the book cliffs set to the north. The real benefit though is proximity to Grand Mesa and the Colorado Monument area.

Plus Palisade has some killer produce in that microclimate.

Glad to see people speaking the good news about Meeker and the white river area. Very underrated part of the state imo.

CO wreaks havoc on my skin.

AL would be a contender, but too many people there drive like they're batshit insane.

FL would walk away with it except for Miami.

MS is nice, but ultimately I think the winner is probably GA, TN, or (as much as this pains me) NC.

Interesting fact... Pitkin Co (Aspen) has the 2nd highest passive income per capita in the country at about $90k. Aspen is crazy expensive as a result. Jackson Country is #1 at about $180k!

The majority of WY is a windswept prairie. Jackson is fantastic.
