It surely was not for me during a large majority of my youth - I was always in a hurry...

These days, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

I eat breakfast for dinner sometimes...

***

What is your go-to breakfast meal?

-3 eggs scrambled
-3 slices of bacon
-hash browns
-tabasco sauce
-coffee
-orange juice

Tons of grease, nitrates/nitrites, and sugar. I hope you exercise.

Eating breakfast usually destroys my stomach. I can eat if I’m up for 2-3 hours but the thought of eating as soon as I wake up makes me wanna Ralph.

I love a good breakfast but after going for a run or hitting the gym hard on an empty stomach. Then it’s on.

I only breakfast as a "treat" sometimes.

so no.

In fact ive kind of decided that the perfect set up is just to eat a good meal at like 4pm and thats it but life doesnt really fit that.

We are not big breakfast eaters. I like breakfast foods, I just don’t like mornings.

3 boiled eggs, 2 slices of bacon.
Depending on what's in the house might add some avocado, greek yogurt, or kefir.
And black coffee.
