Then make some unsweet tea and drink that. Sugar is poison in your gut.

How about avoiding sugar and sweeteners altogether? Drinking water is better for you and helps you shed your fatness.

Easier said than done. I like water and drink a good bit of it, but some meals just aren't as enjoyable when you're drinking water with them.

I do. But people put sweeteners in the tea if they don't add sugar. You were talking about leaving both out.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with artificial sweeteners. Study after study shows they are fine.

Now they do cause bubble guts in some people, but if you tolerate them fine, have at it.

Anyone wanting to challenge me o. This, post the studies. Anyone that says it keeps you from losing bodyfat, post the studies. If you can't post hard science than STFU please.

I was to the point of about 6-7 diet cokes a day. Woke up one day and said I’m done. Haven’t had one in 4 years. I don’t notice any difference in the way I feel.

Dr Russell Blaylock(LSU Grad) wrote a book about Excitotoxins(I believe he coined the word too?), asserts that Aspartame, and MSG, etc.. That they are bad on nerves, neurology, and that even though many natural and artificial sweeteners are carb-less, that the body still gets the sugar signals on a cellular level. He suggests Aspartame can cause MS in some folks. No governing bodies have this official stance?

Doesn't Michael J Fox believe that his heavy Diet Pepsi usage in the 1980s triggered his issues? He was given a free lifetime supply back when he did their ads and Back to the Future?

shite water will kill you if you drink to much. not talking about drowning. just actually drinking it.

In general, most stuff that California suggests is cancerous has to be taken in quantities that would make a blue whale puke.

I remember the lady who died from the radio-sponsored water drinking contest years ago. I don't think anyone expected anything like that to happen, or even knew it was possible.

it causes mutation in your cut microbials. I haven't seen any safety study concluding it is safe for humans.
