Is Ascension Parish the capital of running red lights?

The light at Airline and Old Perkins is the worst. You also get the tards that try to run it, and someone 3 cars ahead is turning into the Chevron right there, and they are then stuck in the intersection blocking traffic.

I delivered Pizza in the Northern Part of your Parish from 2011 to 2016.
I think it's the old school mentality of rural folks looking and saying "ah frick it nothings coming, I'm running it."
combined with the relatively low crime in that part of the parish thus low police presence by APSO. FWIW Pville needs it's own PD.
