Dude is a pretentious asshat. I love to cook but what common man doesn’t like a greasy Popeye’s run from time to time. Hell I think Bourdain is on record saying it’s one of life’s simple pleasures.

Might be in my head but the first round was phenomenal. The last couple times I’ve had it it’s wasn’t anything that great. I probably had two the first go round and two after so maybe it’s just me.

Chang and, God rest his soul, Anthony Bourdain swore that chef's like them go to was popeyes when they needed a good quick meal. Even taught me how to use the skin off a thigh like a taco and stuff it with red beans and rice. Pure heaven!
