Yep, I can’t get over how dark his eyes are today. Didn’t notice it before. Pure evil

Did anybody notice the cop they are showing now, shaking his head 'like yes' when Pros. Waters was saying what an arse Murdaugh was and staring him down?

Which is unfortunate. He should fry. A gruesome set of cold blooded murder.

How long after this until Alex is found dead in his cell?

I'll give it 3 months. Less than that if the put him in Lee Correctional or Kirkland. Those places SUCK.

I think the State knew it would be hard to get a jury to convict him with the death penalty, so they took what they could with life in prison.

Hopefully they put him where the worst of the worst reside. But I bet he gets sent to some
Cushy place.

Ole Alex decided he's going to die with the lie. Judge tried hard to give him the opportunity to cleanse his conscience and soul. But he refused.

The Judge went at it from all angles too. He gave him every opportunity to come clean and tried to engage him by complimenting him, challenging him to be the first defendant to explain his actions at sentencing, by bringing up Maggie and Paul haunting him every night. And still, he got nothing. Dude is in denial and is NOT sorry.

What opened the door to the financial stuff?

First ask who opened that door?
It happened because of questions asked by the Defense attny.

And the prosecution took it and ran with it.

The jury didn't hear any of the financials until the judge had heard all of them, and then judged that they were pertinent to answer the question asked by the defense.

Three or four days later the jury reentered the court room to hear the financial testimony that 'the world' had already heard.

Autopsy photos of mother and kid have been leaked from pics taken of monitors at the trial. See Reddit if inclined and was discussed by the judge today

Not one person or victim decided to speak. Buster and John Marvin had no emotion.

I thought AM did poorly on cross questions concerning who did it. He engaged when he shouldn’t have.

Watching it, I thought he held back enough, but I think we were waiting for him to snap and attack Waters with the microphone

All new SCDC prisoners start out at Kirkland in R&E. I wouldn't be surprised if after Kirkland he was sent next door to Broad River a maximum security prison.
