The narrative is this, let's freak out about cop doing handcuffing technique for felony stop but let's not discuss block party where 7 people were shot and another ran over during incident

What they won't say is that this "traffic violation" was an hour long pursuit this individual led law enforcement on while hanging out the side of the vehicle live streaming it, all while his buddies were interfering with law enforcement and attempting to block BRPD from stopping this reckless behavior.

Where's the outrage behind stuff like that? That story made the news one night, and then again when they got the suspect. Meanwhile, this story will be on the news every night for the next two weeks.

He pulled me out the back and tossed me on the ground again when I slipped the handcuffs under my feet to get them in the front.
