Interesting argument for a “minority business owner.”

Really, just identifying as something should be enough. Because it demonstrates the inherent fraudulence of entire Progressive project. Everybody can be anything because Ideology.

On one hand you had the one drop rule....this really shows the issue with the government giving work to people based on race.

The fact that this exists is sad. It just deepens the divide in America. We have to stop referring to each other as a different race and end all programs that promote humans being a different “race” from each other.

Nah, we are different races. Nobody should forget that... But it doesn't mean that we have to hate each other. But the government shouldnt be prioritizing by race either.

I’m blonde and blue eyed. My dna test came back 5% West African. I’m pretty excited about having a little soul plus yeah, I think I can check the minority box when need be. I was also 6% Italian so basically I’m 11% black.

As stupid as this whole identity stuff is I hope he wins his case. If they will allow a man to identify as a woman if it so wishes and visa versa. Then this dude should be able to identify as a black man if he wishes and take advantages of all of its benefits. To not allow him to do so is discrimination under the way the progressives currently operate.
