My MIL gave me 5 of them earlier this year. All brand new.

You can still get them from the bank by request.
Some Jewish gentleman on this very board noted he sometimes offers his waiter or waitress the normal gratuity or a $2 bill in lieu of their earned tip. Because I too am part Jewish, it seemed like a good idea. However, I have yet to bring myself to do this.
