Who in this thread has said anything like that? Hell, may as well not even limit it to this thread. Show me one person that has said they feel safe in NOLA at 4am but not in London.

Reality is that the per capita rates of violence in some European cities, like London, exceed the US. So no, not actually safer when your chances of being assaulted are higher. They are also trending upwards vs ours have flatlined.
