I've seen someone with that exact description roaming around the area where I work within the past few months. I'd be willing to bet it's her. They could probably find her if they swept the area between Bluebonnet & Siegen along I-10, as I work in that area.

He wasn't carjacked. The dude left his truck running and unlocked to go inside a gas station. What a dumb arse! Then a female democrat jumped and took off. This is according the the Sheriffs department facebook post.
