Same here. They seemed alot larger than I thought. Usually don't see them next to a person though.

People don't know how cheetahs work. They don't know how cheetah claws work, or how their lungs work.

Cheetah don't attack people. A decent sized man would intimidate a lone cheetah. I don't think there's a record of a cheetah killing a person. They're also fairly docile and easily tamed. They've been tamed since the 1500 BC by the Egyptians.
Cheetahs aren't violent killers. They're definitely not fighters.

At first I thought, "Those are either some big arse cheetahs or small arse frogs." But, I think this is an optical illusion because the cheetahs start out well behind the car so they're closer than the frogs at first.

I agree with you Pecker. Cheetahs are built for chasing down small-medium sized prey and going for the jugular...not trying to go face to face in a fight with a person/animal the same size or bigger than them. As long as a grown arse man (or a lebesian woman) stood their ground and squared up to the cheetah, I don't think they'd even try to attack. Turn your back and try to run, I think its a different story though.

You think a 100-150 pound animal running at you at 60 mph, would not be able trip you and bite your neck? How do you think you will stop that bare handed, in enough time to prevent it from happening?

It's easy to sit in front of your computer, in the A/C, eating pizza, explaining why a person could fight off a wild animal. It would be entirely different being attacked while running fearfully away(as in the video)
