He said a bunch of tech jargon. When people say technical debt, I just tune them out. While it's a real problem(FYI its not a financial thing) in coding, companies like twitter shouldnt have as much as he says.
My guess is all these twitter developers worked 1 day a month because with all those people there should be teams of developers removing technical debt for each new release.

Eric was just looking to get fired honestly. He says the apps not slow, Elon says it is and asks for suggestions, and then the guy names a long list of reasons it’s not as fast as it could be.
So obviously the guy knew there was issues slowing it down.

That is a message you do internally. Android twitters is slow based on what you read from your boss, put together an email as the technical guy and send it to people internally. Then they can choose to let you fix it or not. This stuff is not hard.
