Cops are the worst about driving around dusk/night with no lights on because they must turn theirs off during the day or turn Auto lights off for whatever reason.

I work at night so most of my driving is in the dark. This is way too common. I don't what's worse between people driving with their lights off at night or in heavy rain.

I see this way more now then back in the 80's when you actually had to turn your headlights on.

I see more blinding lights than no lights. But sometimes I wonder how that person doesn’t realize they don’t have their headlights on? THC effect?
