I can't help but feel some sympathy for her.
Did you see her olympic matches?
No sympathy here.
Before these Olympics, she was a pretty mediocre fighter. Still, my sympathies are not aimed at her boxing career, rather at the biological hand she has been dealt, particularly in a country and culture that primarily values women as child producers. Again, assuming the AIS report is correct, which I cannot say with certainty, my memory is not what it once was.

Sgallo is going to don her pussy hat and march to the Olympics office and demand to speak to the manager.

Fair enough.

I don’t care what the “science” says. This person should not be allowed to punch women in the face and get awards for it because of the genetic advantage possessed.
I’m sympathetic to how this individual was born, but that doesn’t mean they should be allowed to participate in women’s sports either.

Looking up the SRY thing... probably a pretty strange vulva with empty nads attached.

Good usage!

If she has SRY gene dysfunction, depending on her karyotype, she either has Swyer Syndrome or a DSD along the spectrum of Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome or even possibly 5-alpha reductase deficiency. Given that she could have Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, she could have androgen response that is more or less tissue specific. It is entirely possibly that she could have a layered condition, in which she might have two different disorders of sex development at the same time. But she is right. She is not a trans individual.

I never knew about that as a medical condition. That's actually kinda sad.

quote:Very unlikely Imane has this as Imane is too masculine, and it’s not just no uterus but often a pouch for a vagina.
Complete form (CAIS)
quote:
Schematic representation of the Quigley scale. Grades 2 through 5 quantify four degrees of increasingly feminized genitalia that correspond to PAIS. Grades 1 and 6/7 correspond to MAIS and CAIS, respectively.
More likely PAIS (different levels of differentiation & masculinity and effect of testosterone) or Swyer syndrome going by Imane’s description.
With Swyer I think added testosterone can add masculine benefits. Gonads do not produce any sex hormones. Without progestin & estrogen (or testosterone) being added someone with swyers would be very androgynous (and tall I think) with low bone mineral density. Adrenal glands can produce enough androgens to have some pubic hair without any hormone therapy. Imane’s muscle mass at the olympics would have required taking testosterone with swyers.
It’s also possibly 5a-Reductase 2 deficiency or in the Dominican Republic - “guevedoces (spanish for "penis at twelve")”. Doesn’t transform Testosterone into DHT which is drives early sexual differentiation, but the testosterone surge at puberty drives masculine development during adolescence.
quote:
Virilization of genitalia with voice deepening, development of muscle mass occurs at puberty in affected individuals, and height is not impaired. Gynecomastia is uncommon and bone density is normal in contrast to 46,XY DSD from other causes such as partial androgen insensitivity syndrome
…At puberty, surging testosterone levels drive substantial masculinization—including phallic growth from clitoris to penis-like structure, increased muscle mass, a growth spurt, and voice deepening
quote:
These mutations are more often observed in areas with a specific ethnic background and high coefficients of inbreeding.

I'm probably closer to #2 than #1.
Could have been me.

Shirley, she does basic Olympic lifts in her training. I want to see her snatch.

“I have female hormones. And people don’t know it, but I’ve already lowered my testosterone levels for competitions.
Going only by Imane’s words this does not seem like Swyers. Gonads would not produce sex hormones, and the only natural sex hormones produced would be the limited amount of androgens produced by adrenal gland.
quote:The muscle mass gained isnt all lost that quickly. Men who juice have a process to get to natural or accepted levels when tested at a competition or ways to mask level. Those Olympics didn’t test at the events, but instead the athletes could submit results of a test taken within a certain time frame. Imane also is very specific about which event testosterone was lowered to zero which wasn’t the actual Olympics.
I’ve already lowered my testosterone levels for competitions.
quote:I don’t even think real women have to test at zero.
I lowered my testosterone level to zero.

Anything that alters a male's or female's anatomy that causes any advantage should be ruled ineligible. It isnt that hard to understand. I dont care what he/she/it is. If her anatomy is producing hormones that give he/she an edge over women then that is disqualified to me. I mean if khelif can compete in her statement of being, why cant other women take testosterone to fight? This is retarded on so many levels

No, there would be other hormonal dysfunctions as well.

Hermaphrodites should be banned all the same as trannies.
It's still unfair to actual women to have dudes in there

I'm using it broadly. Any disorder that causes biological sex oddities. I don't care if he doesn't have a dick, his DNA says he's a dude.

This. Christ does this individual had a dick and balls or a gash with a uterus and or a place where a uterus used to be.
How is this shite hard. And before we get all sensitive about privacy, hundreds of thousands of boys and girls get their junk palpated before their school districts will let them play sports at all.

“Yes, and it’s natural,” Khelif told the publication. “I have female hormones. And people don’t know it, but I’ve already lowered my testosterone levels for competitions. I’m surrounded by doctors, a teacher is following me, and I’ve taken hormonal treatments to lower my testosterone levels.
She should of not lowered testosterone but boxed in the men's division.
