I actually prefer my K2 because it has a shoulder strap and its a little smaller and perfect for a boat seat.

Cool. I guess we all need our passions.

My passion just so happens to involve standing on a cooler and casting at fish

I'll take my Igloo Yukon. Got it for a great deal and gets the job done.

you don't get a yeti or that style of ice chest to use as an end all do it all ice chest. Its something you buy to leave in a boat or at a camp. You don't have to worry about replacing hinges every 6 months, you can sit and stand on it all you want.
I don't know what igloos or colemans you guys have but my 100 quart igloos don't even hold ice for a day. The lids don't close correctly, I just replaced the hinges for the 3rd time and I only used them twice. you can't stand on it without it collapsing.
Everyone just wants to hate on yeti cause its the cool thing to do. So someone starts a thread that they got a yeti but didn't pay for it. They either won it or someone gave it to them. Its played out. If you don't want the yeti don't get it. It does exactly what it was built for.

Its the durability for me of the Yeti or any Yeti like ice chest. My brother in law forgot to close the tailgate or his truck and my Yeti was in the back. Its took a hard hit on the asphalt after he was up to like 65 mph. Not a single thing wrong with my Yeti and took the hit.
Also as previously mentioned, people sitting on the lid and handles not breaking. I've had mine for 3 years and has been worth the money. Overpriced a little. But its not enough to break the bank or anything. I'm happy with it and that's all that matters. Same for your Coleman's or Igloo's. If your happy with it freak everyone's opinion.
