I'm going to put a "Please let me in" sign in my yard. We're a half mile from the proposed boundary

Just do it already.

It's not like this country hasn't seen much bigger overthrows. What's the holdup?

Someone could make some money selling I’m Out signs to areas where white people don’t even visit

Sent mine in Tuesday. Now I know how the founding fathers must have felt.

Honestly, why did they disappear to begin with? Are people that fickle? If you adamantly stand for something, why give up and put the signs away? You’d think people would leave them up until they get what they want.

They are projectiles during hurricane season.

Probably scared of the Together BR terrorists targeting them and their property

Or you would think that they would actually care enough to go vote. Most of the precincts that make up “St George” had a less than 50% turnout for a run off election that would have elected the original “”Founding Father” Bodi White as Mayor President. They have noone to blame but themselves for SWB getting elected.

Instead of taking their “ball and going home” they should convince their neighbors to go vote for candidates that support their ideals.

I'm not from Louisiana, but I take it from context that St. George is a (wealthy) section of Baton Rouge that has talked about separating and forming its own city/municipality? It that accurate?

Not so much as wealthy as middle class. They are mostly regular people who want to separate themselves from the disaster that north Baton rouge has become, is and will become.

They also don’t live in the City of Baton Rouge. They live in an unincorporated portion of the Parish (county for you outsiders). So this Together BR group really is playing to the unintelligent people who think the city is being broken up.

It’s not really a wealthy area. It’s just a bunch of good ol baws. But we do have more money than Central or Livingston.

Is there a map showing the new proposed boundary?
