She might if she's upset enough, but 99% of women (incl some decent ones) believe that it's a gift to them and they will keep that shite--especially if you break the engagement. Only exception is if she's really, really upset and would rather throw the ring in your face than sell it.

She has to give him the ring back, or equal value monetary wise I believe?
