I don't care how out of touch you are, no one who has to use a cane to get around is sexy. I'm sorry, but canes are a deal breaker.
Unrelated, I've been reading a book on trauma, The Body Keeps the Score. One of the studies it quoted was that morbidly obese people were subject to sexual abuse including incest when they were children. It's totally changed the way I look at obese women.

The fact that she is mid 20s? and needs a cane to help those buckling knees should be a wake up call that something isn't right, but sadly this will not end well for her if stays in that path: Pain >> meds >>> early grave.

I don't have it in front of me, but the author is a well respected psychologist and he does include references. Check it out if your interested.
