The only way I could imagine someone swallowing a toothpick is if its in a drink. You drink any liquids that had an olive with a toothpick in it?

Been there with emergency perforated colon. Illness though and not from eating toothpicks. Had the colostomy bag. Made for a long summer. Did the surgery a second time for the reconnect.

Was it Dr Kober at St Pats? I went down a rabbit hole of Jen Kober and her parent's relationship about 10-12 years ago. I know he’s a general surgeon at st pats. And she was the “capo”/“the dryer’s fricked” of the Curb your enthusiasm episode with the battered women.
