I never had a crash personally. I never understood that. Sleeping was difficult if you didn't take it correctly and your appetite will disappear. Just don't take a time release pill after like 9 am, or the regular pills after lunch and your sleep should be good.

Or you can be like my roommate in college Adderall scrip with another scrip for Valium to sleep at night. Talk about an over medicating doctor

Adderall should be a last resort. Try something else first. Exercise, travel, anything. It's not worth the mood swings, dry mouth, rambling, constant mind racing, lack of sleep, lack of eating. Wait until you try to get off. I took it for about a year without my wife knowing. Decided I wanted to get off for good. The crash lasted damn near a week and she couldn't figure out what the frick was going on, finally had to tell her.

Once you get used to it, you'll probably take more than you should. Then in two weeks, you've used up your monthly script. Crash for two weeks and do it again.
