Are there not hormone injections she can take to age out a bit and grow a little more? My wife's cousin was born tiny and had to take injections to grow more during his childhood. And that was 30 years ago, I imagine there are even more options now.
ETA- she's not the only tiny person out there. I'm not talking about dwarfism, but some people are just born very small. Paul Simon, Danny Devito, etc. She should still be able to pair up with a non-pedo adult I imagine. I would hope. In some kind of respectable way.

Her face really isn’t that young looking. She needs to wear more makeup, get tatted, get some nip piercings and a boob job, and grow a bush and she’d just look like a really proportional trashy dwarf and not a child
