Ihop On Siegen Shooting - Gunman on loose?
BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Authorities responding to a shooting near the IHOP restaurant on Siegen Lane just after noon Tuesday.
One person was reportedly shot and transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Authorities are searching the area for the gunman.

It's been a shithole. All daylight hours, Siegan lane is littered with bums, and hookers turning tricks at the Motel 6, dashing back and forth across the street to the dollar general.

I was friggin there. Walking out of Jambalaya Shoppe and I was facing that way. 2 guys were in the back corner, and it seemed like they shot at a guy coming out of the back door of ihop. 5 shots. National Guard dudes ran out of their location, and were working their way towards the ihop. Insane

Recently I was told don’t be caught going to a store off of siegen between the interstate and airline now after dark. I’ve never seen it personally but people are saying the crowds gathering in the parking lots are surprising.
One person I know speculated on the methadone clinic being on Reiger as the catalyst

When I was in BR last year there were bums and beggars at every stop light on Siegen. I stayed at the Holiday Inn next to the Freddys

I think they might’ve gotten him on Sherwood. Tons of cops and some wrecked cars right past the Chevy and ford dealerships. And a news camera lol
