For 2 of those weeks, I was out of the country and was averaging 15k steps a day too. There is hope.
About 2 months ago I had the exact situation.

Increased my volume of running and strained my right calve. Figured it would go away after a few days, but it kept coming back. Decided to go to PT for the first time in my life, and restrained it while I was there demonstrating the pain. Ha.

I had 3 visits with them and did home stretching and didn't run for 5 weeks. Since then, so far so good. Came very close to trying out the BPC-157 as well.

I like the layout a lot. In the woods so you really don't see anyone else as most of the holes are isolated from each other.

No cart girls, but we usually just stop in at the turn and grab whatever.

Now that you say it, the front desk guy really has no personality. Ha

Regardless, its a lot of fun and worth the trip to play. Usually see a handful of deer every time we go too which is a nice bonus.

Only place I have seen them in store is 1.50 Golf in Covington.

I've heard that the online fitting is pretty accurate actually. There are a few threads on GolfWRX where people have been fitted online and in person and have pretty much gotten the same results.
Playing Ross Bridge, Oxmoor Valley (Valley) and the Senator this weekend.

How was The Senator? We all heard that the Judge was pretty tough so we opted out of that one.
Such a nice guy and a great marshal.

"I didn't think you had any friends" is what he would tell me when I brought someone new.

He will be missed for sure.

18 minutes from my house. Tee times are mostly available. People are nice and course is typically in good shape for me. The bar has cold mugs for beer and food is good too.

Affordable and convenient!

I played Moon Palace earlier this year for 3 rounds. I did fly with my own clubs in a soft Ogio case along with the bag boy backbone with no issues.

Course is fun, and the wildlife is pretty crazy there too. I wouldn't venture too far off of the course to look for lost balls.

Good to hear. I'll book a lesson and make the drive.

Rob Noel - AimPoint

Just checking in here to see if anyone has used Rob Noel for an AimPoint lesson.

He's a "Level 4" instructor for that per the website, and the closest option for me.
Played Peninsula yesterday. $140 for 18 with a bag of range balls. Like others have said, I also played Cypress and Lakes. Cypress was in good shape, but the greens on Lakes are dead and they are painting them. The plus of that is they are much faster, which was enjoyable.

Not sure if it was worth $140, but better than the alternative if not playing!
They are punching greens next week at Kiva unfortunately.

Just downloaded pool season. First program through pen and paper.
The Kevin Kisner video with Frankie and Barstool Sports changed my outlook on that. Look that one up if you are struggling.

Played there before New Years, and it was in great shape. No one in front of us on the back nine and it was glorious.

I have 21 rounds recorded with Arccos and I absolutely love it. Using it with my Apple Watch, I never have to pull my phone out. Keeping up with the stats, shot history, and club distances are fantastic. It will also compare your round or past rounds to your “goal” handicap and it will show you where you’ve gained strokes or lost strokes compared to that.

I have only used the above link to book tee times. Never had an issue.
