They do, but the thought process here is that it is easier to monitor them in our country than if we deported them and let them roam unmonitored in a terrorist hot bed.
Not that I agree or disagree, but that is why they don't deport all of them.
The best solution would be to arrest them all when we think they have stopped giving us enough intel to justify their freedom and shut off all of their contact with the outside world.

Go to war with Iran and destroy that festering cesspool of terrorism. Seriously folks, Iran's involvement in Iraq has left american blood on their hands. I cannot believe they have gotten away with it.
recolonize the middle east. They clearly cannot govern themselves and if I have to fight a gorilla war, I'd rather do it in their cities than mine.
Once colonized:
1. Remove the 1000's of wealthy princes as many of them contribute to laundering money for terrorist organizations
2. promote moderate imams and use the educational system to teach the locals that Europeans are NOT the devil
3. send all refugees back to their homelands
Allowing guns into European society may help stop/mitigate an attack but it won't prevent attacks. Terrorists will simply use more bombs to get the kill totals they desire. We should focus on preventing attacks which is why a wholesale destruction of the current middle eastern societal structure is needed. I'm not advocating genocide, just changing the way their countries work and who is in power within that region.

I read something a while back that I thought was hilarious but possibly effective: Their end game is basically having a final battle in some place in the middle east that results in the world ending and Islam winning. Well, call them out on it. Announce it to the world that our armies will be at said location at said time to take part in this "final battle", and absolutely cave their shite in if they show.
