Interesting part is by eliminating Westbank, you are eliminating some of Orleans Parish. Then, at the same time allowing Metairie, which would be part of Jeff Parish where the crime factor is nowhere near as great, and taxes/utilities are significantly lower

I think you overvalue the Bestbank. No one would chose to live there as a first choice.

You couldn't pay me enough to live in Nawlins. Why? Lived in Tulane area and worked at Touro for six months in 89-90. Saw all I needed to predict the next 25 years. It all came true.

I did watch the Gators beat LSU in DV.
