It's wild to me that no one has said eggs, bacon, and buttered toast. Add in some hashbrowns or any other variety of potato and no question, every day and it would never get old

Grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Not because I love it, but because that is probably the thing that would keep me alive longest if it's all I could eat.

Gonna spend the rest of your life pulled up waiting on spicy.

Pass.

The poster who suggested eggs, bacon, sausage etc is onto something.

You can do a bunch of variations with traditional breakfast foods.

Probably Salmon, I really like it, I can prepare it various ways, and since it’s the only thing I can eat, I figured I should choose something healthy:)

A 16 oz Ribeye, medium rare, covered in sauteed mushrooms, lump crabmeat, all covered with melted mozzarella cheese. A Gino's special here in B.R. Price you don't wanna know.

Too many people in this thread do not know the difference between a dish and a meal.

I would choose an omelette with crab, shrimp, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and spinach.

I think that would cover a good range of my nutritional needs.
