This is typically true with some professions. I'll add the check the LinkedIn profile also on the pre-vetting process

I got one the other other day, not with pronouns, but this:

I don't even know what to say.

No. I look at it and judge it by the ability that person claims to have. If the resume is impressive in terms of capabilities and possible value brought to my team, will let the interview decide if that person is hired or not.

But listing the pronouns is definitely not preferred

Don't have to worry about that in my industry.

If you are getting resumes with that, you'll probably get fired for not interviewing they/them.

Reeks of entitlement and conflict. Some stereotypes are rooted in truth.

If you throw it in the trash there is a chance it might get pulled out and looked at by someone.

I've got plenty of people applying. Now whether or not they can stay on task, not play on their phone, not have their ear buds in, or not come in high/smelling of weed is a different story
