What about if you get a travel ball named person like Brockden or Shelleigh?

100% trash bin

I'm in the market for software for my department and have been going through online presentations with different vendors. I had one this week where each presenter introduced themselves with pronouns and, right out the gate, had a slide detailing their company's diversity goals. Eliminated from consideration 2 minutes into the presentation.

What does a pronoun have to do with the ability to do a job?

You call talent Xenu if they want to be called Xenu & are an earner.

Less about their ability to do the job and more about their ability to work with others.

Pronouns aren’t really a protected class so not sure a lawsuit would get very far. Any hiring manager worth a shite is eliminating candidates on all kinds of criterion, and this one isn’t that different. One of my best employees uses pronouns, so I wouldn’t eliminate a candidate for it.

It is almost as if they had presented you with the job you were trying to high for would have given them a better chance

I honestly don't mind them if they are what they should be. He/Him or She/Her doesn't really bother me, it is the They/Them mess when applied to a single person that is just stupid.

it truly is, I have friends that are interviewers and they go to these "letter" and POC job fairs and just hand out CJOs(conditional offers,) on the spot(as they are instructed to do,) they encourage aspiring white hetero males to join these groups just to get the job, it's disgusting and a scary thing for the industry

Without hesitation. Also, if I look at their personal interests section and see a bunch of leftist crap, it also goes to file 13.

Sorry I fat fingered a key. I don't work at any company other than the one I founded and currently own. And with employees who have no desire to use pronouns because it's not important in making money.
