I have all of those things.
But they dont mean a hill of beans.
The thing I cherish more than anything is freedom. I have full freedom--I dont owe a bank or a person a penny, I dont owe anyone my time and I'm not a member of any club or organization.
That freedom allows me to fish 150 days a year and smoke a shite ton of sativa in my outfitted workshop and tinker around building anything from a bed to a box. And I can spend the time and effort to make my own shellac and finish projects the way I want to instead of just slapping on polyurethane or lacquer like a heathen.
But they dont mean a hill of beans.

By own property… are you excluding owners with a mortgage?
