Being a master of 3 skills instantly would be worth far more money than going back in time and making some stock plays, it would also get you the followers and fame.
The thoughts of what 3 skills are limitless, you could say that if you were a master at theortical physics you could potential invent the time machine yourself.

I can understand people using soul mate and bringing someone back from the grave, but aside from that, you would be stupid to not go with “speak 5 languages” and “become a master of any 3 skills”. “A million dollars”?! 
I’d be worth billions if I chose those two properly.

pretty easy choice for me...without trying to outsmart the game, I would pick #3 and #5 and it is not even really close. I have come to realize that the only thing in this world that you really have no control over is your health and the health of your loved ones. You don't realize how important good health is until you lose it and when it happens, you realize that it is the most important thing there is and there is absolutely nothing you can do to change it....
Fame and fortune are really meaningless in the scheme of things and frankly, the only thing keeping you from having them now is that you chose not to put out enough effort to gain them.
What I wouldn't give to spend just another day or two with some of those close to me who are now gone...

But what if theyre stipulations to the pills like the time travel pill you cant involve yourself , change history or profit off of it.

Then you’re stupid. What do you need a million dollars for on that? You’d quickly get it, but also the bills would change in your time travels. You can’t continue to go forward and gamble, since your gambling would have a butterfly effect.
