Clearly mastering 3 skills and time travel.
The other ones are stupid. Why would you pick a mil if you can time travel or master 3 skills? You'd make as much money as you could ever need.

How would the time travel pill work? Wouldn't that cause some kind of paradox or something considering your younger self also exists in that timeline?
Also that would technically make you kind of immortal too because once that younger self grew up he would take the time travel pill setting up an infinite time loop.
Or what if you chose time travel and 10 years younger but then kept going back in time to the moment you received those 2 pills in order to acquire infinite pills? Then you could bounce around the timeline forever as an immortal which would be pretty sweet.
ETA: upon further analysis, you couldn't acquire infinite time travel pills since every time you go back to that moment, you have to consume 1 to gain 1. However, you could acquire infinite 10 years younger pills, then pick a sweet spot in the timeline and be ageless from then on.

That's why I did not pick time travel. I would think the impact of making change could affect your current time. Also, who knows how to would affect your body and how many times you could do it.
I think master of 3 skills sets is money. I want to bring a parent back is why I chose bring back from the dead.

Also, what the hell? You're worried about the consequences to your body from time travel but not concerned about what would happen to someone you bring back from the dead?

Bringing someone back in your current timeline should not frick anything up outside of things like SS number. I would think bringing someone back from the dead would also mean the reason they died would no longer be an issue. (cancer, heart attack)

4 takes care of 2 and could technically cover 1,6,7,& 8. I don't believe 9 exists so that would be a sugar pill.

Mastering 3 skills could knock out the language one, and if you're master golfer for example you will be rich and famous with followers.
Time is our most precious resource so,
7 and 5 I think are the most valuable.

How would time travel not be more valuable than mastering skills if time is our most precious resource?
get 10 years younger, travel back in time a decade or so and become insanely wealthy which then gives you the time to master skills and languages. That's why I said 4 pretty much takes care of everything but your age and bringing someone back from the dead.

Master of any 3 skills. This will bring you money so no need to worry about having a bunch of followers or being famous to be financially secure.
10 years younger. Because 19 year old me was killin it. 19 year old me with 29 year old me's knowledge would be unfair. Time is also something that you can't put a price on.
