I'd hang with ole Troy Landry and his family and go Gator Hunting, eat some cajun food and drink.

Just to hang out and have a beer or ten, I would go with Jim Caviezel from "Person of Interest". If he brought along Amy Acker (aka Root), that would be REALLY nice as well as I think she's pretty damn HAWT.
