Run me through how the USA is better than Italy?

Italy is constantly on the verge of economic collapse. They have major corruption issues and face a constant conflict with migrants from Africa. It's expensive to live there and you would have to downsize your life a great deal.

Personally for me, one of the biggest draws for location would be somewhere centrally located for ease of travel. Europe is awesome because so many different cultures, cuisines, histories, and nationalities are so easily accessible. Someone else might know of a great hub city, but I'm thinking somewhere like Munich or Prague.

Wife works in Munich and a cool city with alot to do ,but expensive. Prauge is a cool city that is cheaper to live in ,but you have more crime and not as clean.

Outside of that, I would probably choose Croatia. It is stunning there.

Sexiest accent I've ever heard. Two parts Italian, one part Eastern European/Slavic.

If winters weren't so brutal, Scotland.

I'd move to the English countryside outside of York. Hour train ride to London for stuff to do and direct flights anywhere in the world.

A lot of people in the U.S. romanticize Europe. I love it don't get me wrong, but you would miss many of the things here you also bitch about.

THIS.

I spent a decade going to Europe for a couple weeks at a time for work. We had offices in each market, and I bounced from one to the other.

I loved to visit, but it is the little things you miss and realize you'd probably hate. The USA is awesome.

I’d move to Singapore in a heartbeat. Planning to in 10 years.

Why would you want to move to a place that feels like a Louisiana summer every day of the year?

Fast food is a high prior in your quality of life baw? Sad

No, it's not. I'm just saying in general, the ability to get anything at any time is not the same in Europe as it is here.

If you're used to living in a rural community, this probably won't be as much of a culture shock.

I really like Europe. And I wouldn't not live there because of fast food. But I would definitely miss many of the conveniences of the U.S., even some of the ones I complain about.

Those of you who liked Prague so much, what did you like?

The architecture is awesome, the beer is good, the women are mostly attractive comparatively, but the people are cold as ice.

I've never been to a less friendly place. No smiles, just sullen looks and shite service.

Total opposite vibe from Greece, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Germany, etc. Closest I've experienced is Paris, but even there they seemed happier.

Visited some distant relatives in Burgundy, France and I definitely want to spend some more time there.
