The first people given the vaccine during testing got it 4 months ago. They still have antibodies. Don’t confuse “at least” 120 days with “only” 120 days. I am sure the media outlet that peddled this crap to you doesn’t really care about being accurate, but you should know better.
They will keep testing those people in the trial to determine how long we can go before getting another vaccine.

As to your example, it WAS a doctor. Maybe he meant he’d wear a mask at work, which was the case pre-pandemic.

I can appreciate some concern over the "quick" development, but otherwise I agree with you. I'm not running out to get it, but not because of any irrational fear or anything. And if work ever requires it, I'll take it.
(I reserve the right to change my opinion if this vaccine starts killing people or something
