It needs to be occupied by the National Guard and run by the Federal Government with checkpoints all over the city. 100% serious.

I was a crime victim called their main number, they dont even answer. Heard some 911 calls are taking 2-3 hours response time, if answered at all.
It’s there now. And no one to blame but the shite leadership. I CC every time I go. Jus a matter of time before it’s some thugs lucky day….

They will replenish the force and increase numbers. But it won’t be with anyone you want as an officer and nothing will change with crime.
