Mistake, they raise the gear, it wasn't locked by ground crew. This is the third time this has happen.

They just don't make economic sense in the age of point to point vs hub to hub. From my POV I prefer the increase in direct flights.

The 787 is an incredible aircraft & one of the most successful wide-body’s flying. There’s a lot of ignorant people in here.
