I have a friend who is in his early 40's that does PI. He is making a nice living right now but he is really worried about the long play with the advancement of driver less cars. He says it won't be much of an industry in 15 years.

There seems to be no limit on how low they will go to stop tort reform. Gordon invokes the Lord constantly. In Arkansas, they actually got churches to oppose tort reform because it put a 'value' on human life. Blessed are those who seek justice

Attorneys will adapt. There'll just be more workers comp claims, more slip & fall claims, more claims against car manufacturers, etc.. Don't forget about politicians who will change the law to assist attorneys.

I got hit sitting still by a dumbass girl on her phone going roughly 45 mph and played golf that afternoon. Don't be soft

Well he has been quite obsessed with me lately. Not sure whether to take it as a compliment or be a little creeped out.

Do you mean this literally or figuratively?

Literally.

They want an advance in their case. If you don’t give them one they will find an attorney who will.

Are you serious? That's a thing? You've got to be kidding me.

Perhaps. But then again he's never called me to ask how to get to www.tigerdroppings.com so I doubt it's him.

I just think it's funny, and now he gets triggered so it's even funnier.

You're not triggering me in the least. I just think it's a little ridiculous that of all the BS here on a daily basis, you're holding on to that so tightly. I must've made it to the big leagues of the OT.

Easily the most violated model rule.

Literally every firm on a billboard does it to keep the cases in the office. They do it under the guise of advancing the case.
