Well you saw how the insurrection went. People were having heart attacks and strokes etc. Bunch of out of shape fatties that would get destroyed by anyone who has any semblance of fitness.
In that situation the people stupid enough to be convinced to join in Jan 6 are also too stupid to value exercise

I don't know what PBD is, or who Andrew Tate is, I don't care for Carlson, but I like Rogan and Oliver Anthony. I think it's a good song, his interviews make me like him even more. Just b/c he's a white guy from a small town doesn't make him a bad person.

We are in the “weak man” phase of the cycle so…
No

As the old leftest saying goes: “If the people will lead, the leaders will follow.”

All you have to do is vote out the incumbents. The problem is most people think THEIR incumbent is ok.

While Q was a powerful entity with a ginormous following, Trump was not a Totally Ornge Emperor. It was a bad spray job.
How now, brown cow?

100% this. No one is going to give up their modern conveniences to do a single thing. It is amazing how much privacy we’ve given up to have these little gadgets in our hands.
And, on the off chance something does happen- you realize that modern artillery has a 26 mile range and is GPS guided?
The leader of the insurgents would get wiped off the face of the neighborhood without a single piece of Hardie board collateral damage.
There is too much money in the global economy to change much- no one controlling hundreds of billons of dollars wants to upset the apple cart.

Name doesn't check out.
I believe this is the part you are referring to:
"if you're five-foot-three and you're three-hundred pounds
Taxes ought not to pay for your bags of Fudge Rounds"
It implies nothing even remotely resembling "it's all fat peoples fault"
To answer the OP there's not much anyone can do but vote for better candidates. Unfortunately there aren't many good candidates on either side. They're all crooks. I believe term limits would fix most of our problems.

I don’t have to tell you things are bad. Everybody knows things are bad. It’s a depression. Everybody’s out of work or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel’s worth. Banks are going bust. Shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter. Punks are running wild in the street and there’s nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there’s no end to it. We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat, and we sit watching our TVs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had fifteen homicides and sixty-three violent crimes, as if that’s the way it’s supposed to be.
We know things are bad – worse than bad. They’re crazy. It’s like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don’t go out anymore. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we are living in is getting smaller, and all we say is: ‘Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my iphone and my TikTok and my streaming service and I won’t say anything. Just leave us alone.’
Well, I’m not gonna leave you alone. I want you to get MAD! I don’t want you to protest. I don’t want you to riot – I don’t want you to write to your congressman, because I wouldn’t know what to tell you to write. I don’t know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the Russians and the crime in the street. All I know is that first you’ve got to get mad. You’ve got to say: ‘I’m a human being, god-dammit! My life has value!’
So, I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window. Open it, and stick your head out, and yell: ‘I’m as mad as hell, and I’m not gonna take this anymore!’

History has shown that, when the people have enough, the elites tend to end up dead.

First anyone who is getting rich on sowing frustration and animosity ain’t going to actually upset the gravy train by doing anything useful.
Second, as much as y’all like to post all the incidents, you would think you would know what the oncoming revolution looks like. It isn’t pretty. It is people realizing living outside of society isn’t any worse than living at its margins, so they take what the want in any way they can, usually involving theft both of goods but also via hacking and ransoming. Plenty of involved a gun. Some doesn’t need that.
Just don’t think the shifting of a society is going to be fun to live through. It is only after the initial bloodshed and anarchy that people gain some perspective again and work towards a better future. Be careful what you wish for.
US could start to solve a number of problems by simply passing a constitutional amendment that no person can hold the same office, from local to federal, more than two terms. They can run for a different office, but they won’t be allowed to get comfortable and rich in their fiefdom. The problem with politics is neither side wants to solve any problems-they wouldn’t have anything to run against. Making it more difficult for people to make a career out of any office, we might actually get some problemsolvers.

Elites have controlled the population for thousands of years that will continue.
DJT was an outsider, you see how hard both sides continue to work to silence, imprison and discredit him.
