I've never been cheated on or have I cheated on my girl. Like I said earlier in the thread, you can't expect a cheater to be loyal to you just cause you frick him/her. Why would you expect that. If I ever found another man in bed with my s/o, I'd kill him. Especially if he knew me before hand. As for her, I'd just let her live with the guilt. I know she'd torment herself over it.

This thread is depressing. I try to accept that this is just the way things are (since that's the realistic expectation vs the fantasy "it'll never happen"), but it doesn't make it less shitty to imagine a partner cheating.

I always thought so, but I know a couple who dumped their respective spouses to marry each other. They've been together for 10+ years.

I know more than one couple in the same boat. Maybe not 10 years yet, but its been more than 5 for each and they are still together.

Aint that the truth. The women consider their selves blameless. Hell, their female friends more often than not support said cheating. All it takes is a sob story.

The truth is, if she did cheat on someone else with you, you’d be too paranoid to enjoy the relationship because you’d be worried about her cheating on you even if she wasn’t... been there, done that
