But if the king street area is all homes, and he’s was on that street for around an hour at a time multiple times, and the phone is pinging in front or behind THAT house, that’s shady.

It was stated in the affidavit that it's a residential road.

HOW is the dude not covered in blood at that point, though? He had to be.

He probably was, but it said that he was wearing black clothing. That coupled with the fact that the hallway was likely dark or very dimly lit, it's not unreasonable to think they blood wouldn't be obvious.

and just locked her door to be safe from a random guy in her house she didn't know. Went to sleep, and slept until 10 am. Very normal if you didnt go to bed until 4:30am. That is six hours or so of sleep...

Appears it was a party house, people in and out all hours of the night. Killer may have attended a party there before, who knows...

Even for a dumbass, this had some chaos for someone planning months ahead.

I'm going to guess a lot of quadruple murders never go down perfectly as planned

For example, why use a knife?

This should be obvious

Why go in when people were awake? Why go in right after door dash was delivered or was going to be delivered?

Don't know exactly when he went in, but going in around 4 am would usually be when people are asleep

Why would any of it have to be planned out before besides the victim?

I mean it is not an unlikely assumption here. She heard commotion, but the LAST thing a normal human would assume is that your roommates are being brutally murdered. So yes, you chalk it up to whatever late night partying noises and go pass out.

I think he was already in the house when Door Dash delivered. His car arrived to the neighborhood at 3:29am.

The affidavit said that his car is seen entering the neighborhood at 4:04. Door dash was delivered at 4:00.

I don’t know what happens to people when they see gruesome scenes like this but do you think eventually she walked up to the second floor and saw Xana on the floor and then went into shock until the other surviving roommate leaves her room at noon chatting on the phone with someone to find Dylan in complete shock and that roomate is like hey what is going on and Dylan can’t even speak and the kid on the phone says I’m coming over.

No that theory doesn’t work because didn’t the kids use a ladder to lion into the rooms b4 calling 911 because the Doors were locked to the bedrooms. She couldn’t have seen the bodies of the doors were locked. Unless it’s a rumor that bedroom doors were locked and that the kids used ladder to look into window

You have to wonder what, exactly, he learned in school

Brought his phone with him, used his own car, left physical evidence at the scene, and left incriminating digital evidence available online - even though he focused on "cloud-based" forensics in school.

I guess whatever his motive was overwhelmed what he learned in school.

I agree UNTIL she saw a man all dressed in black wearing a MASK leave from the patio sliding door walk right past her at 4am AFTER she heard someone’s here (but didn’t see a car) then heard crying and I’ll help you and more crying then silence and must have heard the dog barking. And again this man wasn’t parked in their driveway so he obviously didn’t belong there

I'm not sure. I just hope she is in some serious therapy and has a good support system. Maybe one day she will tell her story.

But if there were 2 girls awake at 4am that ordered door dash there's a damn good chance they are being loud as hell listening to music and shite. Partying it up.

If I'm planning a just straight up murder, I'm doing it on a Monday night or whatever when everyone is sleeping not Saturday night after the bars when people could be up late partying.

Given that, maybe he figured drunk asleep people would be easiest. But the moment he walked into that house I gotta believe he knew people were awake.

It is odd, but it also doesn't make much sense for her to be in on it. If she was in on it, why mention that you saw someone at all? "No, officers, I was sleeping and didn't hear or see anything out of the ordinary."

My response was to the post about "it being planned for months".

don't know, just trying to understand why she didn't call cops or somebody if she actually thought it was an intruder.

Yea that doesnt add up... but possibly she could've been intoxicated...also if it was a party house then drugs could've been lying around and she didnt want invite police there if her friends were just partying or screwing in their room.
