For frick's sake, why can't you guys accept that fact than an incel with mental issues lashed out against some cute coeds he couldn't have and was stalking?
I mean the freaking affidavit spells it all out. It's not some big mystery.
Why is it so "shocking" they didn't know him?
They could have served him and never remembered him. He could have observed them at the restaurant or stumbled upon them via the restaurant's social media.
I'm willing to wager large amounts of money, this is not some grand drug conspiracy and nothing more than another incel mad he can't get chicks.

The affidavit says nothing about motive and that’s why there is speculation. I understand that you may not like or agree with some poster’s speculation but this is a message board that runs on conversations so speculation will continue until a motive is released. In fact, you are offering a speculation that BK was an incel who stalked his victims. That information is no where in the affidavit either. If you don’t like the speculation, don’t do it yourself or ignore it and move on. It’s still a free country (for now).

The only info we have about a plea is initial PA lawyer who said BK is looking forward to be exonerated. Anyone anywhere who claims to have inside info about his plea is lying to you.
Even if he does plea guilty it likely wouldn't be this early. I would be shocked if his initial plea is anything but not guilty.
Once he pleas the prosecution is bound to turn over all the evidence they have for him and his team to review.

Like someone mentioned it’s not about them knowing him but what he knew of them.
Initially Kaylee’s dad said right after hearing name with the arrest reports the family started to dig into connections. He mentioned something was found but didn’t want to elaborate which was a change for him. After affidavit released and initial court appearance in Idaho he has mentioned feeling content that they have right person and wants to help ensure killer gets death penalty including not tainting jury pool.
It may have just been that they saw those fake accounts following Kaylee and Madison on social media and no true connection was found, but regardless unless something starts going sideways with killer’s legal proceedings I don’t think Kaylee’s family is going to be the same source of new information as they were before the arrest. The dad might not be able to hold out if there are a lot of delays, but for right now I think he is more content with trusting the process.

The 2 neighbors of victims who didn’t leak the videos of car that night and sounds at 4:17am should be rewarded, and the people who post stuff like this below on social media should be ridiculed (along with alphabet narrative and mansplaining one). Instead they get a million views and the attention they seek.

Can the alphabet community still be considered a "marginalized community" anymore?
I mean, they got their own flag, their own dating sites, parades, a pride month AND a history month, etc.
No other group gets all this shite.
But in any event, I couldn't care less if he talked down to LGBTQXYZ+. I'm sure the 4 straight kids he butchered, allegedly, would have preferred he was merely rude them in conversation.

Changing subject. Any legal people know the time frame allowed/required for discovery/ turning over evidence to the defense? I’m not sure if I’m wording it properly. If he pleads not guilty (I’m assuming he will) and the trial is set for x day then how many months b4 x day must the prosecution hand over all they have? Is that how it works?

Nobody, in a case this big, pleads guilty during their initial plea appearance.

I have no idea about the time frame, just that the Prosecution has to provide all evidence to the Defense.
Caveat: All of my legal training came from "My Cousin Vinnie" and "A Few Good Men".

This. He'll plead not guilty, prosecution will turn over evidence to defense, trial will likely be 6-12 months from now, and we likely won't hear anything earth shattering until then.
