Step one: google
Step two: how to obtain a license to fly a plane
Step two: how to obtain a license to fly a plane

Step 1. Buy Flight Simulator and log 500 hrs in the smallest least powerful plane. If you’re still interested proceed to Step 2.

I do not need to learn to do the takeoff or the landing.
I only am needing to learn how to fly the plane.

I’m a GA pilot. I had to take a course to get my pilot license. This included a minimum of 40 hours of stick time and some ground school. The flying costs about $175 per hour between the plane and the instructor. Ground school is about $40 per hour just for the instructor. You probably won’t get it done in 40 hours, so figure 50 times $175 and add another 20 hours of ground school times $40. So about $8,000 to $9,000 to get your license.
This qualifies you to fly, but only clear of clouds. To get any use out of your license you need an instrument ticket, which is just as involved. However, you can do this cheaper because you can use a simulator for a lot of it. Add another $6,000 for this.
My info is not very current, so I’m guessing at some of the costs.
BTW: The “Okay Muhammed” post was elite.

Good instructor.
Small, uncontrolled airport.
Budget to do it two to three times a week.
Pro tip. Don’t take your long cross country when a fast moving cool front is coming at you.
Pro tip two. Even the little clouds can be really bumpy in the summertime and you’re effing around. Wear brown pants and bring some Lysol wipes.

I just did a little googling on the basics.
What is this 3rd class medical certificate you must possess along with the age and English language requirements to start most of these training programs?

The medical is a very simple exam, usually done by a doctor who is too decrepit to do anything else.

Ok, Mohammad.
No shite, when a couple of the hijackers showed up to flight school they said they "wanted to learn how to fly Boeings".
That was before they even sat behind the controls of a Cessna. Seems like a red flag that should have been reported.

Go to the local general aviation terminal and ask about instructors and lessons. They may offer you a test flight. Go to a FAA licensed doctor and take your physical. You are now a student pilot. Purchase an online flight school course and learn the test material. while doing that you can start logging time flying with your CFI in a rented plane. Pass your exam, do your practicals, solo, and done.
Budget 5-7K depending on where you are located. Expenses include courses, plane rental, CFI fees, medical, fuel, and miscellaneous.

Ahh, so it's like the FAA version of a DOT physical. Gotcha.
I'd just never heard of a "Third class medical certificate" iny life and saw it multiple times on different websites.
