You can anecdotally say this about any cpu/phone, really. Sometimes it’s just the luck of the draw with tech. I’m currently using 9-year old Toshiba laptop.

I have a Galaxy Note 3. Old but works just fine. Much like vehicles, I have no interest in replacing it until I have to.
At one of my old jobs I had a company iPhone but I ended up giving it back because it didn't fit in with anything I did so I never used it.
