CNN just told us. Climate change is real. We haven’t had a storm like this since 1922

Don Lemon trying to get the weatherman to claim it’s because climate change…weatherman refusing…Don says “I grew up down there and these storms are intensifying so something’s going on” very scientific of Don. I’m sure his white husband approved

Haven’t lost it yet down here in Celebration. But expect I will soon. Brother already lost power in Jacksonville Beach though.

As fortunate as Lake Charles was with the surge from Laura, it was incredibly unlucky to have Delta come through 6 weeks later when there so many roofs were still tarped. Delta wasn’t a very intense storm but it was strong enough to rip off a tarp. And it dumped a ton of rain which turned out to be a terrible combo for lots of people. If you were fortunate enough to not have roof damage from Laura or to have had your roof replaced prior to Delta, Delta was relatively uneventful for you.

I thought Don grew up in Louisiana? Louisiana is not south Florida.

Unless you’re me and your new roof hadn’t settled. 40% had to be replaced again.

Camille, Andrew and Katrina say hello..

How in the hell did that bad of a storm happen in 1922 without climate change to fuel it? Impossible!

Good hypothesis for this one rapidly intensifying could be there were not many storms in the Gulf this year to cool the waters.
